DVDs & Videos are bought directly from Vidshop, Europe's leading supplier of adult films, and as a result you are agreeing to adhere to their terms and conditions as detailed below:

• Vidshop offers the ultimate in discrete service.
• Your credit card will be billed as Euromail.
• Shipping labels will have no markings other than your address.
• Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
• After you have finished your selection, click on "Check-Out" and you will be asked for a few details that they need to be able to satisfy the order.
• They accept most credit cards - they prefer VISA but accept AMEX, DINERS and MASTERCARD. Unfortunately no debit cards.
• You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
• If you choose the option marked "send invoice and pay before delivery" you may pay by cheque, postal order or cash, remembering always to send cash via registered mail. However the films will not be delivered until the funds have been received by them and cleared.
• Please make a note of the order number that is generated when you make a purchase.
• Shipping And Handling Orders are dispatched in plain packaging and should normally be received by you within 14 working days.
• They GUARANTEE delivery of all orders. The only way they know whether you have NOT received your order is if you tell them. • In order to protect your privacy all orders are shipped from within the UK, they guarantee delivery of all orders, should your order fail to arrive within the 14 day period then please contact them at: nondelivery@vidshopadmin.com
• If your item is not in stock, they will backorder for you. If the item on backorder is part of a multiple purchase those items will be shipped inmediately and the backorder will be shipped as soon as it arrives. There are no further delivery costs for a backordered item.
• They know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using their shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach their computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
